Comix Zone
Review by Nayib_x3

Yo! Nayib_x3 is back! With an all-new review! This review is about a certain game for the Sega Genesis, called "Comix Zone". Anyways, this game is apparently about a guy who draws comics. He gets suckecd into his own comic which at the same time squeezes the main villain out of the comic. The villain then starts to draw in the comic making life very difficult for the artist.

I came upon this game on Ferbruary 9th, 2008 as I was setting up Wii OS (a Wii GUI interface for the PC). But the important thing is that this game is AWESOME!!! I didn't get to beat the first level but what I played was probably the best thing ever for a Genesis.
Pros: This game is said to be "ahead of it's time" due to the controller configuration and animation sketching. I totally agree, this game (compared to some other Genesis games I've played... I MEAN YOU "BARNEY'S ADVENTURE"!!) is amazing. I am hooked. Plus, the animation and art of the game make it really feel like a superhero story, with the dialogue in speech bubbles and all that.

Cons: The bad news is that this game is somewhat difficult to understand at once, there is no training (which you should see in a game where you bash bad guys) or a section where you can read the controller configuration. Bad for first-timers. They will get bored and give up a great adventure all too quickly. :(
UPDATE: There IS in fact a controller configuration menu, where you can pick your controls. But it's in the options menu, and who goes into the OPTIONS MENU?!?

I give this game a...
10/10!!

Thanks for reading!
