New Super Mario Bros.

Hey gamers! After a long period of inactivity from my site, my sister recommended I do a review of New Super Mario Bros. for the NDS.

Yea... so... Let's get started.

Mario and Peach are taking a stroll, and out of nowhere, a dark cloud starts attacking the castle! Mario stupidly leaves Peach alone to go save the castle, but while he's gone... Baby Bowser kidnaps Peach! (Shocker? [:-O )
So Mario pursues Baby Bowser through a couple of levels until he finds himself dodging Bowser's fireballs trying to get to a button that gets rid of a bridge for no apparent reason... Bowser burns in the fiery lava pits. Only to be revived again for an ultimate battle of Mario VS The Bowser Duo!

Pros: The game is very similar to the original Super Mario Bros. for the NES... Hence, "NEW" Super Mario Brothers. The game has 8 worlds, again, like the original. But instead of fighting Bowser over and over... new bosses have been added! I think Petey Piranha is the boss in World 4... Also there's new power-ups! MEGA-Shroom, which makes you giant! tiny-Shroom, which tinifies you... Blue Koopa Shell, you can slide and attack! Also, the mushroom and fireflower have made their debut reappearance! So... that's cool.

Cons: It's not really "NEW". It's the same idea but with better graphics. I probably should have put that graphics thing on the Pros side... |:-/
