ROM stands for Read-Only-Memory. Currently, the ROMs I am speaking of are video game ROMs. People all over the world take the memory and information from their N64 cartridges or their PS2 discs, and upload them to the internet. (For PS2 ROM info, see "What are ISOs?") Using an Emulator (see "What is an Emulator?") , the ROM can be used on your computer. Simple enough. Any questions?

here, let me explain more carefully about how you can use it. well once you have a emulator you can use these roms you find over the internet to play on your computer without buying consoles or being on the internet, also emulators can take info like picters to print.

Nice explanation! You spelled "pictures" wrong, but that's still cool.

The only problem is that I already explained that. But it's no problem posting that you understand.
